Alanna Wright
Executive Administrative Assistant
Alanna is a valuable contributor to the team through her passion for helping people and her unmatched ambition to provide great customer service and a positive experience. Working closely with the Remax Boardwalk team, her clients are her top priority. Whether it be coordinating client property searches or ensuring a smooth transition throughout the process of meeting with our buyer and seller specialists, Alanna is someone you won’t forget. She is a graduate of Algonquin College and has over 7 years in customer service and client relations. Alanna also grew up in a family of home builders which is where her passion for Real Estate began. When she is out of the office, you can find her on the golf course, at the gym trying new classes or sharing a glass of wine on a patio!
Crystal Balint
Trades & Office Manager
Crystal is the Trades Manager and Office Administrator at RE/MAX Boardwalk! But we know her as the “Jane of All Trades”. She works very closely with the owners, the team agents, as well as real estate agents all across Ottawa to ensure all the details of your real estate transaction are executed quickly and flawlessly! Her organizational skills are truly unmatched, and she is the reason we are able to help so many people and families find their dream homes. Not only is she the first friendly face you see when you come into the office; with a smile as big as her heart, but she is also a mother to a handsome toddler - who sometimes makes an appearance in the office (if we’re lucky). Crystal is a professional, friendly, hard-working, and passionate human and we are very blessed to have her as a crucial part of our team!
Harmony Holland
Marketing Director
Harmony’s background in brand strategy and her passion for visual design allows her to be mindful, yet competitive. Her love for understanding the nuances of cross-cultural advertising and always operating as a “forever student”, Harmony is eager to stay in tune with the latest digital marketing strategies. Harmony believes creativity and mindfulness in the workplace are key to success - a tenet she lives by through her interests in photography, music, graphic design, and creative writing. Harmony is an invaluable asset to the Boardwalk family and we wouldn’t be where we are today without her dedicated creative contributions.
Katie Costello
Executive Assistant
Katie is a born and raised Kiwi (From New Zealand) who now calls Ottawa home. She has an extensive background in Administration and Operations and will always go above and beyond what is needed and asked for to deliver a seamless process. When she is not in the office she loves to spend time with loved ones, play with her bulldog Henry and enjoys any and all outdoor activities. She’s still acclimatizing to the Canadian traditions of poutine and ice skating, although she will beat any one of our team down the slopes on her board.
